Kay Kuchi, NCTM, MBA
Pianist / Singer Pianist
Teacher Kay is a Nationally Certified Music Teacher, as well as a co-founder and judge of the Bay Area International Piano Competition where students come from around the world to perform.
As a pianist and singer-pianist, she has performed internationally across a wide range of musical genres, including classical, pop, jazz, and worship music.
With more than 50 years of teaching experience, Teacher Kay is known for her exceptionally hands-on, personalized, and results-driven instruction. She works closely with each student to develop strong musical skills, confidence, and the discipline needed to succeed.
Her goal is not simply to teach music, but to inspire confidence, nurture passion, and empower every student to excel. Under her guidance, students have consistently achieved outstanding results including prestigious awards and recognition.
Leslie Riccitelli, MLO
Vocalist / Stage Crasher Main Vocalist
With more than 14 years of professional singing experience around the world, Leslie brings real-world expertise, passion, and performance experience to every student she coaches.
She spent 4 years as a choreographer and producer with the Miss America Organization and previously owned and operated her own dance studio. Her professional career has included performing, voiceovers, and commercial jingles for major brands including Kroger, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and many others.
After retiring from the music industry and moving to Texas, Leslie continued performing with cover bands while teaching private vocal lessons.
Today, she combines vocal technique with stage presence, confidence, microphone skills, stage blocking, and performance coaching to help singers of all ages become the best version of themselves—and truly feel performance ready.
